Active cases of COVID-19 continue to drop in Sonoma County.

Our new 7 day daily average of active cases is now 536, down from 941 at the beginning of the month and down from 6,555 at the peak of the pandemic in January. Vaccinations also continue to increase with about 60-percent of the population over the age of 16 having received at least one dose and 40-percent fully vaccinated. The news comes after the state opened up vaccine eligibility to anyone over the age of 16 last Thursday.
