New evidence has emerged in the pig’s blood vandalism case involving a Santa Rosa home and the hand statue at Santa Rosa Plaza back in April. Court documents originally obtained by the San Francisco Chronicle incriminate one of the suspects, Black Lives Matter activist Kristen Aumoithe, of buying 5 gallons of pig’s blood from a Santa Rosa butcher shop 10 hours before the first act of vandalism at a Country Manor Drive home. The “Agraria” hand sculpture in downtown Santa Rosa was also vandalized the morning of April 17th. Additionally, police obtained text and audio messages from Aumoithe further connecting her to the acts of vandalism. Aumoithe is one of five suspects being investigated in these acts of vandalism. Charges have yet to be filed against any of the suspects.
