Most of the greater Bay Area counties are outpacing the state’s coronavirus vaccination rate. At least 80% of the state’s eligible residents have gotten at least one dose, while just over 65%  are fully vaccinated. As of yesterday, San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Monterey, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and Sonoma counties are all ahead of the state in both categories. The only county that is behind the state’s numbers is Solano County.
