A Sebastopol restaurateur is being accused of sexual harassment by six women. Lowell Sheldon, who has opened Handline, Fern Bar, and Khom Loi, has been accused by the six women, all former employees, of unwanted touching and inappropriate comments stretching back to 2015. Details of the allegations were reported in the San Francisco Chronicle including hugging and kissing the forehead of an employee without consent several times, grazing an employee’s rear end several times, and attempting to place a hand under an employee’s dress. Sheldon has sold ownership stakes in Fern Bar and Khom Loi after the allegations were made. He remains an owner of Handline but doesn’t have any managerial role there.
