Johnson’s Beach along the Russian River in Guerneville is up for sale once again. The 10.8 acre property with 10 cabins, a lodge, and urban campground is being listed for $3.7 million . It’s been the site of many large events including the Russian River Jazz and Blues Festival. The broker tells the Sonoma County Gazette that there is a lot of interest in the property with some potential buyers touring the site this week. Deadline for bids is October 4th.
