A 55-year-old Santa Rosa woman has been arrested for a suspected shopping spree of over $400 dollars with stolen credit cards. On September 27th, a man reported suspicious activity on his credit card accounts telling authorities he lost his wallet a week prior at a gas station at Highway 116 and Occidental Road north of Sebastopol. Surveillance footage was retrieved from about nine businesses where the cards were used and the Sonoma Sheriff’s office identified the suspect as Reina Espinoza. She was arrested on three felony charges: burglary, conspiracy and use of a credit card without consent.
