The Veterans Day parade in Petaluma is expected to bring thousands out to the downtown area. Festivities are expected to begin at noon at Walnut Park with a musical performance in the Gazebo. The parade will then commence at 1 PM and will be followed by a prayer, pledge of allegiance, and program at about 2:45 PM in the park. There will also be a flyover involving several aircraft, including a Vietnam-era Huey Helicopter. There will be several street closures in the area which will last until 4 PM.
