Windsor is considering a new tax measure for the November ballot. The Town Council this week approved short term contracts with two political consulting firms to explore whether to put a tax revenue measure on the November 2022 or November 2024 election ballot. The contract costs $6,000 per month for three months but doesn’t include extras like a questionnaire and the contract could be extended. The Town of Windsor is exploring this possible tax as projected expenditures are expected to exceed revenues by 2023.
