A Santa Rosa man is the suspect in the death of his stepbrother whose body was found in Camp Meeker. The Sheriff’s office has named Jude Ian Kellner as the person believed to have killed James Bauer. Last February, deputies discovered Bauer’s body at his home on Market Street. Bauer had at least one gunshot wound. This month, the Serological Research Institute confirmed DNA from the crime scene matched Kellner’s DNA. Kellner was already in jail for unrelated charges and is being held without bail.
