Despite a rise in Covid-19 cases in Sonoma County, the county isn’t returning to mask mandates. However, Sonoma County Spokesperson Paul Gullixson told KSRO’s the Drive they are still encouraging people to wear their masks and follow safety protocols.
“We’re really encouraging people to wear their masks, particularly in indoor settings and congregate settings,” said Gullixson. “If you do test positive, we’re really encouraging people to follow those rules quarantine at home if you can, and wear your mask around everybody for at least ten days until you get a negative test and are no longer symptomatic.”
