A judge in northern California says a utility company can stand trial for a fire that left four dead in 2020. It happened near Redding and it was known as the Zogg Fire. Pacific Gas and Electric is facing charges that include involuntary manslaughter. However, numerous other alleged crimes were dismissed by the judge. The blaze killed victims as young as eight-years-old.
