Tracy Smith (Rincon Valley Union School District)
The superintendent of Rincon Valley Union School District is leaving. Tracy Smith has been selected as Superintendent of the Novato Unified School District and will begin there on July 1st. Smith lives in Novato and told the Press Democrat that the move comes with wanting to be closer to her home and family. Smith has been an educator for 30 years and has been the superintendent of the Rincon Valley Union School District since 2019.
