After threatening to never come back, comedian Dave Chappelle is returning to Napa. He’ll be performing at the Blue Note Jazz Festival, which will be held between July 28th and 30th at Silverado Resort. Chappelle emceed last year’s inaugural festival, but was upset about having to end his performance by ten p.m. because of Napa’s noise ordinance and threatened to never return. Chappelle also sold out five straight shows at Santa Rosa’s Luther Burbank Center for the Arts last summer.
