Santa Rosa police are now investigating a recent shooting as a targeted attack. A man arrived at a local emergency room with gunshot wounds late Friday night. A short time later, officers found his vehicle, with blood in it, and towed it as evidence. Detectives then found more evidence of a shooting in east Santa Rosa. No arrests have been made, but police believe the shooting may have been gang-related.
