The North Bay’s valleys could get a rare dusting of snow this week. The National Weather Service says the snow level could drop as low as one-thousand-feet on Thursday and Friday. That’s because the storm moving in is expected to be one of the coldest in many years. A half-inch of rain is possible from this storm, along with wind gusts of up to 65-miles-per-hour. Santa Rosa is expected to see temperatures in the upper 20’s and lower 30’s on Thursday and Friday mornings.
