Healdsburg is considering permanently allowing alcohol consumption at its outdoor restaurant parklets. The Healdsburg City Council will discuss the proposal at tonight’s meeting. It would also allow people to drink alcohol on the Plaza and at West Plaza Park. The city’s emergency declaration issued at the start of the pandemic temporarily allowed alcohol consumption in these areas. But, the emergency declaration is expiring at the end of this month, which is a week away.
