A man is facing several drug charges following his arrest in Windsor. Windsor police arrested Trevor Gibney on Saturday morning, after he was found asleep in his truck with drugs on his lap. Officers found two-and-a-half-ounces of drugs and drug paraphernalia in his truck. That includes suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine, clear plastic bags, and a scale. Police also believe there was heroin residue on the Gibney’s lap.
