California is on the favorable side when it comes to the treatment of women. WalletHub released it’s list for the best and worst states for women ranking California 16th overall in a list which included Washington DC. California ranked 7th for women’s health care and safety but 23rd for women’s economic and social well-being. Overall, WalletHub ranked Vermont as the best state for women and Oklahoma as the worst.
