A man has been arrested on suspicion of pointing a gun at three people during separate incidents in Santa Rosa. Police say Carlos Martinez Sedeno pointed a gun at a resident of a home on Saturday night, then at another person in the area. He then drove away with passengers in the car. Police received a report of him pointing a gun at a third person about a half hour later. Sedeno was allegedly urinating in a man’s yard and when the man tried to confront him, he pointed the gun at him and yelled what police are calling “gang-related challenges.” Officers found a loaded semi-automatic handgun connected with Sedeno.
