A homeless man stabs another in Santa Rosa. On Friday morning, a 41-year-old man stabbed another homeless man who was sleeping in a truck on the east side of Martin Luther King Jr. Park. The victim suffered a single non-life threatening stab wound on the right side of his stomach, near his ribs. The victim described the suspect and Jaime Tapia-Vasquez was arrested after being spotted going into a nearby trailer. Tapia-Vasquez was identified as the suspect and arrested.
