Suspected Drug Dealer Arrested Again in Lake County for Possessing Deadly Fentanyl

A suspected drug dealer from Healdsburg is behind bars for the second time this month. Earlier this month, Lakeport police arrested James Biocca Jr on suspicion of possessing almost 100 grams of fentanyl, which authorities say is enough to kill about 50-thousand people. On Monday, police searched a storage locker in Kelseyville and found another 37 grams of fentanyl, which they say is enough to kill close to 18-thousand people. Police say some of the powerful opiate was rainbow-colored to entice kids and young adults to buy it.
