Santa Rosa is ending its emergency drought declaration after a winter full of major storms. Water conservation measures ordered by the city amid a more than three-year drought in June of 2021 will be scaled back. That includes limits on when residents can water their lawns. As it stands, residents will still have to follow statewide water conservation measures through December. Santa Rosa has tallied more than three feet of rain since the rain year started on October 1st. That includes nearly seven inches of rain in the past week.
