The state is taking new action to get some homeless people off the streets. Twelve-hundred small homes will be delivered to Los Angeles, San Diego County, San Jose and Sacramento. The priority will go to those living in encampments. Governor Gavin Newsom gave the update on the first stop of his four-city tour. He says “The crisis of homelessness will never be solved without first solving the crisis of housing.”
