A Lower Lake resident has been arrested after robbing and assaulting an employee at a Lucky’s supermarket in Petaluma. On Wednesday evening, an employee confronted a suspect, later identified as 29-year-old Jasmine Inong, who was trying to take merchandise. The employee tried to take it back but was assaulted by Inong who fled the store with the item. The employee called police and described Inong’s vehicle as it sped away. It was found parked on the shoulder of northbound 101 just north of the Lakeville Highway on ramp. Inong was inside and taken into custody without incident.
