A couple charged in the death of their 15-month-old daughter due to possible fentanyl exposure will stand trial. A Sonoma County Superior Court judge ordered the man and woman to trial following a hearing on Thursday. Their daughter died in their apartment last May. Prosecutors say she was exposed to fentanyl that her parents brought into the apartment. Investigators say the couple was addicted to fentanyl and tried, but failed, to protect the girl from the deadly opioid. They are due back in court on April 27th.
