Four have been arrested in connection to mail theft in Santa Rosa. On Monday morning, officers responded to reports of a cluster mailbox being damaged in the area of Dutton Meadow and Maureen Drive. They then found mail discarded from the mailbox a short while later on Bancroft Drive. Police determined through surveillance that a truck was involved in both instances. An officer spotted it the next day and stopped the driver. A search of the driver’s home on Malibu Circle turned up several items related to the original mail theft and numerous other items indicative of identity theft. The driver, Daryl Crowe, and Jesus Juarez Jr. were arrested for identity theft. Two others at the residence were also arrested on possession charges.
