Drivers are getting a chance to weigh in on possible tolls for Highway 37. A public hearing will be held Monday in Vallejo to explain the plan and take public comment. Officials think charging tolls is one way to ease congestion between Sears Point and Mare Island in Sonoma and Solano counties. State senator Bill Dodd warns rising sea levels could completely submerge that stretch of road in 20 years if improvements aren’t made. The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m.
