A pedestrian is dead after getting hit by a car in Windsor. The person died at about 10:30 Saturday night, despite efforts from a passing driver, who stopped to perform CPR on the injured person. The driver of the car that hit the person was not hurt. Police say the driver was cooperative, didn’t appear to be drunk, and was driving at a safe speed. The person who was killed has not been identified.
