Laurel at Perennial Park design (Burbank Housing)
Construction of the first 94 apartments in a new affordable senior housing project in Santa Rosa is nearly done. The apartments are being built at the site of the former Journey’s End mobile home park, which was mostly destroyed in the 2017 Tubbs Fire. The first batch of apartments are expected to be completed by next month, with residents eligible to move in as early as late June. More units are expected to be ready later this year. The project will eventually include 162 apartments for low-income seniors aged 62 and older. If you are interested in moving in, visit burbankhousing.org to apply by May 1st.
