A 38-year-old man has been arrested after being found with drugs and a fake handgun in Santa Rosa. Early Wednesday morning, police got a call from the Quail Run Apartments on Bellevue Avenue about a person walking around the area, opening car doors and leaving them open. Police arrived and contacted the man, Marcus Lovely, who looked like he had a gun in his lap. After taking it from him, officers learned that there was an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for his arrest. Lovely was arrested for the warrant and for possessing what turned out to be a replica handgun. He was also charged for possessing meth and drug paraphernalia.
