Teachers in the West Sonoma County Union High School District are demanding a full and transparent evaluation of Superintendent Chris Meredith. The union representing the district’s teachers recently called for the evaluation in a letter. But, school board president Julie Aiello says the district had already scheduled its annual evaluation of Meredith before the letter was received. Concern about Meredith’s leadership is growing after the recent resignation of three administrators at Sebastopol’s Analy High School, which happened during his first year as superintendent. Aiello says the school board is not considering ending Meredith’s three-year contract early.
