The Sonoma County Economic Development Board has found it’s new Executive Director. Ethan Brown, who has been serving in the role in the interim, will officially become the next executive director of the EDB. He’s expected to be confirmed by the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors on June 6th. Brown has been with the EDB for 11 years and has served as the interim executive director since 2022. Brown will oversee an annual operating budget of approximately $6.4 million and 14 full-time employees. The Economic Development Board bolsters the local economy by supporting local business, including providing confidential, no-cost consulting services to business owners seeking to start, relocate, and grow in Sonoma County.
