Part of Valley Ford lost power Tuesday night due to a suspected DUI driver. The CHP says 19-year-old Jesse Ray James lost control of his car at a curve in the road in Valley Ford. He ended up crashing into a utility pole which caused a power outage for an undetermined amount of customers in the area. The car then hit three parked vehicles before overturning. James suffered minor injuries and was arrested for DUI. His 18-year-old male passenger was unharmed.
