Attention any current or former patients of the Petaluma Health Center. Your data may have been stolen. Back in March, an unauthorized third party managed to gain access the Petaluma Health Center network. Upon detection, the center immediately shut off all access to the network and hired a third-party to assist with securing the network environment and investigate the breach. The network has since been secured and the center is writing to all impacted individuals. No evidence of misuse of anyone personal information has been found. However, information such as names, dates of births, medical and social security information may have been leaked.
