A convicted sex offender from Santa Rosa is facing child pornography charges. Fifty-year-old Jeffery Jon Billings was arrested Wednesday, following a ten-month investigation. He was granted pretrial release on Thursday, after allowing investigators to search electronic devices that were seized from his home. Billings was convicted of sex crimes involving minors in 1992 and 2000. His plea hearing is scheduled for June 22nd.
