The founder of a sexual wellness company with several North Bay connections is behind bars. Nicole Daedone turned herself in at a federal courthouse in New York City on Tuesday. Daedone was indicted on forced labor charges last week. Until 2017, she was the CEO of OneTaste, which is known for promising its customers “orgasmic meditation.” The business has a Santa Rosa address and connections with a retreat in Mendocino County. Federal prosecutors say Daedone conspired to profit from a cult-like operation that took advantage of its employees and volunteers.
