A 14-year-old girl is among three people arrested in connection with a deadly drive-by shooting at an apartment complex in Santa Rosa. Last Friday’s shooting left a 15-year-old boy dead. The other suspects now behind bars are a 17-year-old boy and 23-year-old man. The shooting is believed to be gang-related. Bullets grazed the sides of two apartments, but no one else was injured.
