Drew Boczon Named New Chef for The Fountaingrove Club

The Fountaingrove Club has a new executive chef. Chef Drew Boczon is now overseeing menu creation and culinary operations at The Fountaingrove Club’s signature restaurant, Summit Kitchen & Cocktails. His background includes influences from Classical French, Northern Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines. Chef Boczon has worked at several renowned restaurants across the country, including The Matheson in Healdsburg and the restaurant DANIEL in New York City.
