Healdsburg Vineyard Company Pays Workers Over Working Conditions

A vineyard management company in Healdsburg is agreeing to pay a collective 328-thousand-dollars to employees who complained about poor working conditions. Mauritson Farms announced the settlement with 21 farmworkers on Monday. The California Agricultural Labor Relations Board says they will be paid for lost wages. The group accused the business of retaliation after they spoke out publicly against unfavorable working conditions. Mauritson Farms still denies violating state labor regulations.
