A 60-year-old Napa man is dead after stepping into the path of a car. On the night of July 15th, a man was attempting to cross North Kelly Road just south of State Route 29 when he was hit by a Cadillac driving northbound. He was pronounced dead about 10 minutes after the collision. His identity hasn’t been released. The driver stopped after the crash and was found not at fault as she had the right of way. Neither she nor her passenger were injured. The area where the incident occurred does not have a lot of foot traffic.
