Two Hotels in Napa and Rohnert Park Face Foreclosure

Owners of hotels in Napa Valley and Rohnert are facing foreclosure on their properties. The Napa Valley Register reports that unless the foreclosure is resolved, Cambria Napa Valley and Cambria Hotel Sonoma Wine Country will be auctioned off on August 8th at the Napa County courthouse steps. The owners, Stratus Development, did not comment for the story but a partner back in April said it was confident it could work something out with its lenders. Real estate agent Joe Fischer says that the hotels were listed for sale in 2022 for $110-million. If it goes to auction, he expects a winning bid between $85 to 90-million.
