A DUI driver has been arrested in Petaluma after back to back crashes. On Saturday night, police say 28-year-old Miguel Cruz Lopez rear-ended a vehicle at the intersection of Lakeville Highway and Marina Avenue and fled the scene. As he was fleeing, Lopez rear-ended another car at the intersection of Lakeville Highway and Baywood Drive. The drivers of both vehicles complained of pain due to the collisions. Police responded and found that Lopez was under the influence and arrested him. They later learned his blood alcohol content was about 3 times the legal limit.
