Two Arrested in Santa Rosa Traffic Stop for Having Concealed Firearm

Santa Rosa police recover a loaded handgun during a traffic stop. Early Saturday morning, police pulled over a car on Petaluma Hill Road at Kawana Springs Road. Police searched the vehicle and occupants, Luis Valle-Antunez and Edgar Figueroa. They found an unregistered loaded handgun in the passenger compartment of the car. Both men were arrested for possession of a firearm. Valle-Antunez was also charged with a misdemeanor for having a weapon concealed in the vehicle. Figueroa was booked for felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition as well as unlawful possession of a loaded and concealed firearm.
