SingleThread Owners Buy Two More Properties in Downtown Healdsburg

The company that owns Michelin-star restaurant SingleThread has acquired two more properties in downtown Healdsburg. Vertice Hospitality Management has signed a 25-year lease for the Raven Film Center which is right next to SingleThread. Vertice will spend the rest of the year figuring out what to do with the former movie theater. However, it will not be developed as a cinema, because another movie theater is being developed for downtown Healdsburg by AVFilm. The other property right across the street from SingleThread was bought by Vertice for $4.8 million. It was sold by the tenant who will remain until their lease expires in 2024.
