A longtime food booth is no more for the Sonoma County Fair. In a Facebook post, “The Pasta King” announced that it will no longer operate the Spaghetti Palace at the Sonoma County Fair. Everything else is business as usual, including catering and upcoming appearances at Santa Rosa’s Wednesday Night Market and Windsor’s Certified Farmers Market. The Spaghetti Palace booth was started by the late Art Ibleto and was at the fair every year for 50 years serving “fair spaghetti.” Art passed away in November of 2020 at the age of 94.
