The Napa County Administration building in Downtown Napa is all clear after reports of a suspicious package. Staff members were evacuated to nearby Veterans Memorial Park on Monday afternoon, while police investigated a package found on the third floor. County Executive Officer Ryan Alsop says someone dropped off an unsolicited package that had strange looking devices sticking out of it. Police cleared the building and deemed it safe about an hour after it was evacuated.
