Heads up, Caltrans will start fall with a major road repaving project in Santa Rosa. Three miles of Highway 12 between Fulton Road and Dutton Avenue will close between September 22nd and 25th. The closures are overnight, from eight p.m. to eight a.m. One eastbound lane and one westbound lane will be open during the day. It’s part of a larger repaving project that will eventually see about six miles of Highway 12 redone.
