A man with possible gang ties has been arrested in Santa Rosa after being found with a ghost gun. On Saturday morning, an officer pulled over a car on Santa Rosa Avenue north of Hearn for an equipment violation. The officer searched the car and found a loaded ghost gun in the passenger compartment. He also found nearly 60 rounds of 9mm ammunition, a canister of bear spray, and clothing and other items showing involvement in gang activity. The driver, 21-year-old Lerma Emiliano, was arrested and charged with two firearm related counts.
