A man is behind bars on suspicion of murdering a woman whose body was found near Rohnert Park in 1983. Sixty-five-year-old Alfredo Carretero Jr. was arrested in Lakeport on Monday. The nude body of Noelle Russo was found on June 27th, 1983. Investigators say she was beaten to death. Carretero Jr. had previously been identified as a person of interest and was linked with the killing through DNA evidence.
