A man has been found dead in a bed at a Lake County Homeless Shelter. Workers at the Elijah House shelter on Whalen Way in Lakeport found the man dead Monday morning after last seeing him alive just a few hours earlier. Investigators do not believe foul play was involved. He will be publicly identified when his family is notified.
